St Stephens Parish Goals for 2004
Spiritual
1.
To be known for our love of Christ.
2.
To be drawn closer to God and to each other.
3.
To grow in prayer.
Pastoral
1.
Our Priest and her family are fully supported.
2.
Members in need are supported – spiritually, emotionally,
physically and financially.
3.
Small groups are fostered and grown.
4.
Parish groups providing pastoral care are promoted, encouraged and
supported.
5.
A Social Committee and programme are in place.
Temporal
1.
Financial plans for the Rectory are completed and approved.
2.
A clear plan for the building project owned and understood by the
parish.
1.
Evangelism opportunities are identified and undertaken.
2.
To identify missions for the year and actively support them.
3.
To reinforce our sense of mission, evangelism and outreach.
