This is the first complete song Cynthia (at age 14) ever wrote. A pretty good start eh! It began with the music, and was finished in 2 days. She wanted to outline the gospel, and succeeds.Sinners, we all are sinnersTurned away from God Selfishly went our way All we deserve is death But Christ the Lord, our Saviour, Messiah Took the sin away Jesus, God's holy sacrifice Died to save us, free us So Satan has no hand That we could rise with Him Eternal life for all who turn to Him And humbly go God's way Spirit, be with us Spirit Keep our minds on God Help us to follow Him Guide our thoughts, Our words, our deeds And make us be a shining light to those Who do not know God's way Father, oh Abba Father We are all Your children Co-heirs with the Lamb You made us, gave us life Love us more than we could ever dream of Thank you Father God |
