Our Missionaries
The Great Commission
And this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14)
"We are preaching the gospel not for conversion of the world but for a witness unto all nations. When we shall have accomplished this, our Lord will come.
In effect, God has given us the key to the future. His great chronometer does not measure time by days and years but by preparations for the marriage of the Lamb and the readiness of the bride. How this should stir us with holy energy and aspiration! I cannot understand how any man or woman can believe in the Lord's coming and not be a missionary - or at least be committed to the work of missions - with every power of his or her being. There is no mockery more sad and inconsistent than for a believer to speak of the blessed hope with folded hands and selfish heart.
No one can rightly believe in the coming of Jesus without expending all the strength of his or her being in preparing for it by sending the gospel to all the nations. God is summoning to a great missionary crusade those who hold this hope today."
