Church Activities
We run a number of events throughout the week. Stay tuned to what's happening.
- Family Fun Nights
- Held several times a year on Friday nights, these nights are a chance for anyone of any age to come along and have a great night doing all sorts of activities, including board games, indoor bowls, model car racing, and much more.
- Surf Catamarang Sailing
- Occasional Saturdays, and open to anyone. A halfday of sailing with a picnic lunch at Rowles Lagoon, 95 km north of Kalgoorlie. A small cost is involved.
- Alpha
- The Alpha course of 16 videos is run twice a year on Sunday evenings, with time for casual discussion. For enquirers and new believers.
- Music Rehersals
- Normally meets 10:30am Saturdays for rehearsals. New singers and musicians are always welcome.
- Alliance Women
- The ladies meet occasionally for inspiration and teaching with opportunities for intercessory prayer.
- Alliance Men
- There are men's breakfasts held occasionally for men and youth from high school age upwards.
- MATES - Men Accountable Together Encouraging Support
- Meets Saturdays at 8am. The aim is mateship, mutual encouragement, interdependence, and accountability. "A man who is not in a group with other men is an accident waiting to happen." - Dr Howard Hendricks.
- SISTERS - Sisters Interceding Supporting Trusting Encouraging RelationshipS
- Meets as arranged. An encouragement and accountability group for women.
- Missionary Convention
- This is a major church event which is held annually. An Alliance missionary visits each church for several days, helping to refocus church attention on missions. Become challenged and inspired to support our missionaries.
