Peter Hallett has been writing Faith to Faith for The Chronicle for the past 4 years with the aim of introducing people to his best friend, Jesus Christ.
Peter is married to Judy and they have three children - Jeremy (14), Rebekah (12) and Josiah (8). As well, their Sydney home is shared with a silky terrier named Sebastian, a rabbit named Grace and a guinea pig named Bartholemew!
Peter is Senior Minister of Eternity Christian Church, Newtown (part of the Apostolic Church and affiliated with Australian Christian Churches). He is editor of Tabor College's cross-denominational newspaper, CrossFlow, and writes for other magazines such as Alive and Australian Impact. Peter has strong ministry links with Awakening 2000, Quest Australia More than Gold and Newtown Ministers Fraternal.
Before planting Eternity in 1998, Peter was on the staff of New Creation Ministries Centre, Canberra and previously a journalist for almost 10 years including four years as editor of The Chronicle.
