Jennifer Phillips
Jennifer Kathleen Phillips was born in New Zealand. She has had a number
of Art exhibitions and her art works, poems, songs, stories and articles
have been published in magazines and News Papers, on the Internet and
Radio.
At the age of 13 she shifted to Australia and the landscape had a marked influence on her works. She received the highest marks possible for her art works and knowledge in the Queensland State Secondary School exams and was a State champion athlete. She returned to New Zealand and studied at University and teachers college graduating in the top 5% of Massey University students. She has taught all ages in a variety of situations. She qualified as a Lay Preacher and spent about 15 years preaching and leading services. Some of her other achievements have been published in newspapers and can be viewed in the about section at: www.pcug.org.au/~phillips She has published 5 books. Four of these contain her poems and some artworks.
