Training Skills
Graduates should be able to:
- Understand and use the special workshop format in training their own staff and colleagues.
- Pass on principles of training discovered during the training course.
Note: During the course, the course leaders will be looking to identify those trainees who have the potential to benefit from further specialized trainer training in order to help staff future courses. In the advanced training they will learn more of:
- The background philosophy, principles and standards of the training.
- The skills necessary to become a competent trainer of the leadership material.
