ministry team at Sun City
Christian Church Townsville
I have done a
number of trips to Fiji with Sun City Christian Church
Townsville's senior minister Pastor Peter Patterson, and our
previous missions pastor, Pastor Ron Henry of Asia
Pacific Ministries,
ministering on the islands of Kadavu, Ovalau, Makagi, and the
main islands of Vanua Levu in Labasa and Viti Levu around the Tebara
region near Suva.

Our primary call is to the small churches of regional Queensland.
Please pray earnestly for these trips, for God to open the necessary doors.
The main focus of this ministry is to minister LIFE, providing help, encouragement and teaching for the Pastors and Christian Workers of these areas, to help them do what they do already for Christ - BETTER - also to resource them with whatever they may be needing to help them run their services.
We have worked with the A.G.O.F.I. (Apostles Gospel Outreach Fellowship International) Church in Fiji, a Pentecostal church that has seen mighty things happen in Fiji for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Each one of us needs to be a witness to others, discipling and training others to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ through lifestyle, relationships, example, and word of mouth.

We have great pleasure in ministering at the fantastic and vibrant Magnetic Island Community Church, Reef City Christian Church, & Ingham Christian Family Church.
Magnetic Island Community Church is an outreach focus of Sun City Christian Church Townsville.

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: "Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?"
Then I said, "Here am I! Send me." (NKJ)
We have given God
the same answer: "Here am I! Send me."
Not everybody is
able to go on trips like these, for various reasons, but everyone
can participate through remembering us in prayer before God -
nothing can be accomplished unless God is in it, and the constant
fervant prayers of the saints are covering us.

the Lord Jesus Christ .

One of my dreams and visions for the future is to be able to sponsor people who are capable, but not financially able to go on ministry trips, to enable them to use the talents that God has gifted them with on the mission fields.
We are also looking forward to buying a small caravan to allow us to minister more easily in towns that are further afield.
